1 Parties and Conclusion of contract

1.1 Your contractor is STUDIO MAH, Felseneggstrasse 10, 8707 Uetikon am See (“STUDIO MAH”).

1.2 The presentation of the products in our online shop is not a binding contract offer on our part, but is only a non-binding invitation for the customer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods the customer makes a binding offer to turn into a sales contract. When you place an order with STUDIO MAH, we send you an e-mail with an order confirmation including listed details. The purchase price is due for payment with the "confirmation" of the order. The goods remain property of STUDIO MAH until full payment. In providing the goods for dispatch or by deliveries of the goods by the publisher, the sales contract is regarded as closed.

The availability of the desired product is subject to alterations at any time. We reserve the right to refuse orders without giving reasons. 

2 Prices

For orders via our online store, prices and delivery cost participation apply which are listed at the time of order. The prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF). As a start-up, the contractor/seller is not obliged to charge VAT.

3 Shipping and Delivery

All goods are shipped properly packaged by Swiss Post worldwide. Shipping costs are not covered by STUDIO MAH and must be paid by the customer in full. We aim to dispatch orders within 7 - 10 working days after receipt of complete payment. In case of delivery from Switzerland to addresses in other countries, additional costs may be incurred (customs, VAT, service charges) on the import into the destination country. These additional costs vary according to the local laws and regulations in the destination country and the weight and value of the shipment and must be paid by the customer or the recipient receiving the goods in full.

We cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance when shipping outside of Switzerland. 

The risk shall pass to the client/buyer as soon as the consignment has been handed over to the person carrying out the transport. If dispatch is delayed or becomes impossible through no fault of the customer/seller, the risk shall pass to the customer/buyer upon notification of readiness for dispatch.

3.1 Pick up your order

Collecting your order is possible. You can choose the method of pick up in your shopping cart. The goods have to be picked up in in Uetikon am See within 7 days after you placed your order. The location details and pick up information will be provided to you in our order confirmation.
Upon expiry of this time we reserve the right to cancel your order but of course we will send you a notification by email first.

4 Method of payment 

You can either pay by bank transfer in advance or Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard). You can choose the method of payment in your shopping cart. STUDIO MAH reserves the right to refuse certain methods of payment or refer a customer to other payment methods.

4.1 Prepayment

Your payment must be done within 7 days after your order. Upon expiry of this time we reserve the right to cancel your order but of course we will send you a notification by email first. As soon as we recive your payment we will ship your goods within 7 - 10 working days.

5 Return Policy

If you are not happy with a product, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order at info@studiomah.ch and let us know why you would like to return the item. If your return is approved, items must be returned in perfect and saleable condition together with the original packaging.

Returns must be sent to the address from which the delivery of the goods was carried out. This is the return address on the package, or on the delivery note. Please do not send the item back until you have contacted STUDIO MAH first. No refunds or exchanges will be made for items returned without prior communication and agreement.

Once we have received and approved your returned item, we will refund you by your original payment method. The items return at the expense and risk of the customer. For returns from abroad we reserve the right to charge you for possible customs duties.

6 Miscellaneous

The information in the online shop (photos, illustrations, dimensions, weights and other services) are only to be understood as guidelines and do not constitute a guarantee of properties

7 Severability

Should individual provisions of this contract including these provisions be or become invalid in whole or in part, or should this contract have missing provisions, the validity of the remaining provisions or parts of such provisions shall remain unaffected. The ineffective or missing provisions shall be replaced by the respective legal regulations.

8 Governing law and place of jurisdiction

Place of Jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland. Thereby, Swiss law applies exclusively.

9 Changes to General Terms and Condition

STUDIO MAH reserves the right to change, update or replace any part of these General Terms and Conditions at any time without notification.
